It's that time of year again, when people make and break resolutions within the matter of days (and, sometimes even minutes), when everyone is at their busiest (at least until the end of the year), and most people make more changes than an NFL franchise fresh off a losing season. So, why should we be any different?
Okay, so maybe we're not fresh off a losing season. In fact, Regional Auto Center had its best year ever in 2011, and it's all because of you - our loyal customers. That's why we vow to make 2012 even better for you all. COLLISION REPAIR:
Recently, we updated our estimating software in order for our staff to streamline the way they organize your vehicle's repair. By upgrading our software, we are able to constantly (and instantly) know where your vehicle is in the repair process, are able to notice potential errors in the process before they get the chance to occur, and are now able to communicate with you electronically, so that you are always up to date with your vehicle's repair.
AUTO GLASS REPAIR & REPLACEMENT:
We now have a local call center that can take your Repair/Replacement requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need any Auto Glass services, please call our toll-free line at 1-855-273-6751, or you can make an online appointment request here.
TOWING:
All of our trucks are up and running 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide you with the Towing and Roadside Assistance that you need. CUSTOMER APPRECIATION:
We've saved the best for last! As we mentioned earlier, we couldn't have had such a wonderful 2011 without help from great people like yourself.
