When you enter Regional Auto Center, one of our certified Repair Representatives will prepare an accurate estimate of your vehicle’s damage by using the latest state-of-the-art software that guarantees you the most accurate estimate available anywhere today. It is our duty to take the guesswork out of everything.
Let us handle your insurance claim, keep you informed every step of the way, and if you have rental car coverage, let us point you in the right direction. Because of our longstanding relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, your car rental can be conveniently handled on-site at any of our locations. They’re right across the hall.
When you drop your vehicle off for repair, the damaged area is torn down and inspected for any hidden damages that weren’t physically detectable during its initial estimate. After an exact estimate is produced, any frame and metal work is taken care of with the help of our Genesis Frame Diagnostic Systems and Chief Frame Pullers, as well as with the trained hand of one of our certified Pro Spot Welders.
After the vehicle is properly repaired, it is reassembled to meet the manufacturer’s specifications, and is then sent to our paint department, where your vehicle is coated with Axalta Coating Systems paints and clear coats. After reassembly, your Repair Representative inspects all aspects of the repair to insure that the repair meets all factory tolerances.
Once your Repair Representative has approved the repairs, the vehicle is thoroughly freshened up in preparation for its delivery to you. One last inspection is performed before your Repair Representative notifies you of your finished repair.
It is our duty to go over all repair information with you when you arrive, as well as to provide you with any follow-up instructions, and most importantly, your Lifetime Guarantee.
