The Auto Collision Repair Process

Regional Auto Center has an 11-point Auto Collision Repair Process, which includes the following:

1. Reception: When you enter Regional Auto Center, you will be greeted and presented with a brief form to fill out and the estimate is scheduled.
2. Estimating: Your estimate will be prepared by the latest state-of-the-art software that guarantees you the most accurate estimate available anywhere today. A certified Estimator will go over the estimate with you and obtain any insurance authorizations necessary (if applicable) while you wait. With your estimate in hand, you'll also receive an actual "can do" timeline from Regional Auto Center, telling you exactly when your vehicle repair can be admitted and completed. Our Estimators will update you by phone throughout the entire repair process, keeping the guesswork out everything.
3. Car Rental: Because of our longstanding relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, your car rental can be conveniently handled on-site at any of our Regional Auto Center locations.
4. Tear Down: Your vehicle is prepared for repair, and all damaged parts are removed. If hidden damage is revealed that we could not physically see in your initial estimate, you (and your insurance company, when applicable) are immediately contacted about the supplemental damage.
5. Frame Work: Our Genesis Frame Diagnostic Systems and Chief Frame Pullers ensure an extremely accurate frame repair.
6. Metal Work: Certified technicians, in dedicated bays equipped with the latest equipment, including Pro Spot Welders like those used by automobile manufacturers, handle all necessary sheet metal repairs.
7. Reassembly: After the vehicle is repaired, it is now put back together to meet the manufacturer's specifications.
8. Paint: DuPont paints and clear coats, the same coatings applied at the factory on most of today's vehicles, are used exclusively in our state-of-the-art spray/bake booths.
9. Inspection: All aspects of the repairs are inspected to factory tolerances.
10. Vehicle Clean-up: Once our inspectors have approved the repairs, the vehicle is thoroughly freshened up in preparation for delivery to you.
11. Delivery: A final inspection is performed and your Customer Service Representative presents you with your vehicle, noting all repairs made and providing you with any follow-up instructions and, most importantly, your Lifetime Guarantee.
