Auto Center has a 12-point Repair Process, which includes the
following:
• Reception - When you enter Regional
Auto Center, you will be greeted and presented with a brief form
to fill out and the estimate is scheduled.
• Estimating – Your estimate is being prepared by
the latest, state-of-the-art software, which guarantees you the
most accurate, thorough estimate available anywhere today. (No
guesswork here!)
• Customer Service – A Customer Service Representative
will go over the estimate with you and obtains insurance authorization
(when applicable) while you wait. We’ll let you know just
how quickly you can be done with all this inconvenience. With
estimate in hand, you’ll also receive an actual “can
do” timeline from Regional Auto Center, telling you exactly
when your vehicle repair can be admitted and completed. Our Customer
Service Representative will update you by phone during the repair
process.
• Car Rental – Because of our relationship with Enterprise
Rent-A-Car, your car rental can be conveniently handled on-site
at any Regional Auto Center.
• Tear Down – Your vehicle is prepared for repair,
and all damaged parts are removed. If hidden damage is revealed,
you (and your insurance company, when applicable) are immediately
contacted.
• Frame Work – Our Genesis frame diagnostic system
and Chief frame puller ensure extremely high accuracy for frame
repairs.
• Metal Work – Sheet metal repairs are handled in
dedicated bays equipped with the latest equipment, including Pro
Spot welders like those used by automobile manufacturers.
• Reassembly – After repairing, the vehicle is reassembled
to manufacturer specifications.
• Paint – DuPont paints and clear coats, the same
coatings applied at the factory on most of today’s vehicles,
are used exclusively in our state-of-the-art spray-bake booths.
• Inspection – All aspects of the repairs are inspected
to factory tolerances.
• Detailing – Once our inspectors have approved the
repairs, the vehicle is thoroughly detailed in preparation for
delivery to you.
• Delivery – A final inspection is performed and your
Customer Service Representative presents you with your vehicle,
noting all repairs made and providing you with any follow-up instructions.

you through the process. We can contact your insurance company,
help you resolve the claim and complete the paperwork. We’ll
also assist you with rental car arrangements and scheduling of your
repairs. Then our quality body and paint technicians will bring
your car back to its original OEM condition.
